LOGIN & ACTIVATION ERRORS AND SOLUTIONS

Successful activation with proper License Key, User Name, Password, and Trading Environment would have a green check mark symbol during Activation Process.

TIP:
After a successful License Activation process, user would need to read the License Agreement prior to Installation process.
 


POSSIBLE ACTIVATION ERRORS AND SOLUTIONS

This error occurs when you inputted the wrong information (either the Username or Password).

Please contact Customer Support for your login information; or search through your old files containing the confirmation email.

This error happens when you have used a non-working License Key.

Please make sure that you have entered the key accurately and that it is still active. If the platform still cannot get validated, please contact Customer Support.

This error arises when there the platform has no connection to liquidity providers or a clearing firm, and therefore cannot launch.

Please contact Customer Support to add in datafeeds to your PathFinder Trader™ platform.

This error happens when you have used an expired License Key.

Please contact Customer Support or your broker for help.

This error arises when there the platform has no connection to liquidity providers or clearing firms, and therefore cannot launch. Another possible caused is the environments are disabled on the brokerage side.

Please contact Customer Support, or your broker, to enable/add in datafeeds to your PathFinder Trader™ platform.
An error where you have a Live Account connection to a clearing firm or a liquidity provider, however, the connection is disabled on the server side. Please contact Customer Support, or your broker, to activate datafeeds in your PathFinder Trader™ platform.
