Loading A Workspace

LOADING A WORKSPACE

In order to load a particular workspace, users can:

How to Load a Workspace -- click twice to view it in full screen
Step 1 Go to the File menu option located on the Main Menu Toolbar.
Step 2 Choose Workspace from the pull-down menu.
Step 3 Choose Load Workspace from the side menu.
Step 4 Find the appropriate workspace file and choose Open.


TIP:
Additionally, users can simply click the Folder LoadIcon.jpg icon on Main Menu toolbar in order to change or load a workspace file.

If user enabled the 'Autosave Workspace' feature on the General Options window, then platform would prompt a 'Workspace Overwrite Confirmation' dialgue box upon changing or loading a workspace file.

TIP:
Enable the 'Silent Overwrite' option on General Options window to skip Step 3 & Step 4.
